Company formation procedure

All steps up to the formation of a company in Switzerland by a foreigner.

Enter the data for your company simply and easily on your computer. To do so, fill out the corresponding form online in our tool provided especially for you.

We will check your application and contact you within 24 hours to discuss the next steps. We will make any necessary adjustments to your application during the meeting. Immediately afterwards, we will send you the completed incorporation documents by e-mail.

If you agree with the documents, print them out and sign them. Each person authorised to sign must have their signature officially authenticated. In the case of a cash incorporation of a corporation (AG or GmbH), a capital contribution confirmation from the bank into which the incorporation capital was paid is also required. Send us the signed documents together with the notarised signatures and, if applicable, the capital contribution confirmation.

As soon as we have received all the documents, we will make an appointment for you with the notary. The notary performs the public certification of the founding documents.

After notarisation, we submit the documents to the competent commercial registry office. Your company is now officially "in formation". The commercial register needs approx. 14 days until publication. However, this may take a little longer under certain circumstances. If you are in a hurry to set up your company, please inform us as early as possible so that we can show you your options. After the entry in the commercial register, the company is officially established. We will inform you immediately afterwards and send you the certified extract from the commercial register and the founding documents.
